Under the Help tab on the left side of the classroom, you will find a direct link to have quizzes modified.  In addition, you can click on the link to the form below to reset a quiz.

NOTE: If you click on the link in the course and it states that you do not have permission to view, please try the following:

  • Clear caches, cookies, Internet history, etc.
  • Log into your Microsoft 0365 account and try to access the QRF again in the course.  You must be logged into your Microsoft O365 account to have permission to view the QRF in the course.
  • Tip: Pushing CTRL+Shift+Delete (non-mac users) will bring up a dialog to clear your cache in any browser..

Instructors should be safe to assume that the quiz reset request will be completed within 24 hours during the business week, as no communication is sent out confirming the quiz has been reset. Note that resetting a quiz won’t clear out the previous score in the grade book since quizzes now retain the highest-scored attempt.  To students and instructors, the grade book will make it appear the extra attempt has not been set.  The student will need to enter the quiz link from the quiz assignment page to open the new attempt.
