Self-Service Password Reset is available through Microsoft Office 365 for all Associate Faculty. This means that you can change/reset your faculty email password through Office 365 once you've registered for the Self-Service Password Reset feature.
- Once you've registered for the Self-Service Password Reset feature, go to the Settings Menu in Microsoft Office 365.
- Answer the prompts to confirm your personal identity and change the password. This is also the process for when your Faculty email password expires.
- Contact Tech Support at 800-285-9796, option 2, with any questions or issues.
NOTE: The password you use to log in to Canvas is the same one you use for your faculty email address and faculty portal. Please follow the directions above to reset your Canvas password.
